Greywater Treatment: Accessories & Parts
The coarse filter on top of the sand filter is pine bark. This will need changing every 6 months. We can supply replacement bark or you can purchase this from your local nursery.Geofabric separates the layers of bark, sand and gravel. The top 2 layers will need cleaning annually. If you prefer to replace them rather than cleaning them we can supply replacements.
We do not normally supply the sand and gravel due to the cost of transportation. We do however provide samples and specifications of each for you to find locally. If you prefer to purchase the sand and gravel from us the cost is $110 plus delivery. The expected life of the sand is 5-10 years.
